I've had a very pleasant experience with this company. Everyone is friendly to speak to over the phone and they always try to accomodate us as quickly as possible. They service the property I work for and will often come out same day if we need some refills urgently. Jeremiah visited us today for our nitrous refill and he was wonderful to chat with. We appreciate the great customer service :)
If I could give this company less stars, I would. Their service department is the worst that I have ever encountered. They miss service orders, they take DAYS to get any sort of technician out to fix machines, and in addition, they do not provide their technicians any kind of schedule. They let them go at their own pace rather than expressing which orders are emergencies, simple fixes, or etc. It is an incredibly faulty process that is horrible for customer service. In addition, if you need any help from your sales representatives, forget about it. They also takes days, and sometimes weeks, to respond. I do not recommend this company or their services!! They have officially just lost our business..
